css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1705672923110{background-color: #f0f0f0 !important;}&#8221; z_index=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>A qui s\u2019adre\u00e7a<\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]El programa s\u2019adre\u00e7a a centres educatius de prim\u00e0ria, secund\u00e0ria i de cicles formatius de la demarcaci\u00f3 de Girona.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>En qu\u00e8 consisteix, FENT EMPRESA DES DE L&#8217;ESCOLA<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]L\u2019objectiu de FENT ESCOLA DES DE L&#8217;EMPRESA \u00e9s acostar els alumnes a la realitat del m\u00f3n empresarial fent valer la figura de la persona empres\u00e0ria, al mateix temps que es donen a con\u00e8ixer les empreses del territori.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1049\">Aquest proc\u00e9s es duu a terme en quatre fases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019alumnat completa exercicis<\/strong> escrits que serveixen \u00a0per mesurar coneixements previs i aprenentatges adquirits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Prim\u00e0ria: \u201cQu\u00e8 en sabem\u201d i \u201cQu\u00e8 hem apr\u00e8s\u201d<br \/>\nESO\/Batxillerat\/FP: \u201cQu\u00e8 sabem de les empreses i els oficis?\u201d i \u201cQu\u00e8 n\u2019hem apr\u00e8s<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"1367\" data-end=\"1394\">Xerrada amb una persona empres\u00e0ria. <\/strong>Un empresari o una empres\u00e0ria visita l\u2019escola o institut i explica la seva experi\u00e8ncia emprenedora, el proc\u00e9s de creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una empresa, el funcionament intern, departaments i perfils professionals que busca.<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1690\">Visita a l\u2019empresa. <\/strong>L\u2019alumnat visita l\u2019empresa per con\u00e8ixer el funcionament intern, productes o serveis i organitzaci\u00f3 dels departaments.<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1923\">Reflexi\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 final. <\/strong>Recull de conclusions i aprenentatges adquirits a partir de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00e0ctica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;
