ENGINY-era<\/strong> \u00e9s una entitat social sense \u00e0nim de lucre que t\u00e9 com a objectius: el foment del talent, la promoci\u00f3 de la coeducaci\u00f3 i la divulgaci\u00f3 de les disciplines STEAM (ci\u00e8ncia, tecnologia, enginyeria, art i matem\u00e0tiques) trencant amb els estereotips de g\u00e8nere i amb altres discriminacions.<\/p>\n

Vol eliminar l\u2019aprenentatge d\u2019una \u00fanica mat\u00e8ria i substituir-lo per l\u2019aprenentatge a partir de la resoluci\u00f3 de reptes complexos del m\u00f3n real amb creativitat, investigaci\u00f3 i innovaci\u00f3 i, sobretot, integrant diverses disciplines, la qual cosa es coneix com a aprenentatge STEAM. Ho fa mitjan\u00e7ant la realitzaci\u00f3 de tallers, activitats, projectes i programes educatius.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9 treballa per la promoci\u00f3 de la coeducaci\u00f3 i la igualtat en tots els \u00e0mbits i, per aix\u00f2, actua en adolescents, joves, fam\u00edlies i equips docents, persones educadores i la societat en general, per mitj\u00e0 de formacions, pon\u00e8ncies, xerrades i la participaci\u00f3 en iniciatives o esdeveniments.<\/p>\n

Amb la mentoria espera definir l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia que li ha de permetre un creixement \u00e8tic, real i sostenible.<\/p>\n
